Head Coach: Blair Mills
Blair Mills enters his third season as head coach of the Good Counsel High School Falcons after serving as varsity assistant for the prior five seasons. The 2009-2010 season was one of success for the Falcons, as Coach Mills guided them to a 17-12 record and 3rd place finish in what many believe is the best high school basketball conference in the nation. The 3rd place finish was the best season the Falcons have experienced in the last 11 years.
During his time with Good Counsel, Coach Mills has helped guide over 25 players to various collegiate levels and has been an integral portion of player development.
Before joining the Falcons coaching staff, Mills enjoyed a great career as a player at Catholic University (Washington, D.C.) as the Cardinals won the 2001 Division III National Championship, and reached the NCAA tournament all four of his years in the program. In his senior campaign Mills was selected as a captain and all-conference performer while helping guide Catholic to a 24-6 mark. The Cardinals were coached by Mike Lonergan, now the head coach at Division I, University of Vermont. Mills teaches American Government at the Olney, MD school.
